GRLC Summer Lacrosse?

Hello all:
I was wondering about the existence and availability of men's leagues over the summer in the GRLC, specifically in the St. Louis area. I know of one on the Illinois side of the mississippi, it is the first year of the STYX Lacrosse (O'Fallon, IL) men's summer league. are there any others for interested parties?
What does it look like for other parts of the GRLC, or the midwest in general?

There's the GPLL (Great Plains Lacrosse League). It started in KC but now has 2 Omaha Teams, Tulsa, Wichita, and now an OKC team.

About half of the players in this league are MCLA guys

There is a south county team as well as TiN CaN LaCrOsSe. (
www.tincanlacrosse.com). I believe there is also 1 other team in the StL area. Then there is a team in Columbia and a couple in KC.

There are a bunch of summer leagues up near Chicago...I suppose that is technically GRLC, since most of Illinois, Illinois St, Augustana, etc. Roster is from that area.

I believe some of Iowa's players will be playing in the summer league in Winnetka (Chicago).

Is that a Lacrosse America deal, in Winnetka? or is that the Windy City team?
Perhaps we should start posting contact info for anyone reading this who might be interested. I'll see what i can get from STYX.

Summer Lacrosse in Springfield, MO. Thats right.
30 or 40 people, HS, college and other, show up, we split up teams and play from 7 til dark.
Nothing like it is anywhere else, but its all weve got here in the Ozarks

We have a Men's Club up and running inn Wichita. We play in the GPLL. This is my first year playing. But it's been a blast so far. We need players. If anybody is in Wichita this summer, come on out and play.

Yea I would love to do that. Maybe and end of the year, we host you, you host us or something? It would take some figuring out but I think there are some guys down here that would really like that idea

Tulsa is probably a good neutral site. I know we'll be playing a game against Tulsa there. That would be a good opportunity to pick up 2 games.
