Just thought folks might be interested as to how the Division 1 seeding stands going into the last weekend of games.

Current Standings:

1. BC 5-1, W’s: UNH, URI, UC, SC, WPI L’s: BU, Remaining: NU
2. UNH 5-1, W’s: NU, URI, UC, SC, WPI L’s: BC, Remaining: BU
3. BU 4-2, W’s: BC, NU, SC, WPI L’s: URI, UC, Remaining: UNH
4. NU 4-2, W’s: UC, URI, SC, WPI L’s: UNH, BU Remaining: BC
5. URI 3-4, W’s: BU, UC, WPI L’s: BC, UNH, NU, SC Remaining: None
6. UC 2-4, W’s: BU, SC L’s: BC, UNH, NU, URI Remaining: WPI

Last night’s UConn victory clinched them a playoff spot and eliminated Stonehill. Even if UConn wins Sunday, URI will still be the 5 seed and UConn the 6 by virtue of the Rams’ head to head victory.

The 1-4 seeds will be determined by the combination of results from the BC@NU and BU@UNH games on Sunday.

Scenario 1: BC wins, UNH wins
1. BC (Head to head victory over UNH)
2. UNH
3. BU (Head to head victory over NU)
4. NU

Scenario 2: NU wins, UNH wins
1. UNH
2. NU (Head to head victory over BC)
3. BC
4. BU

Scenario 3: BC wins, BU wins
1. BC
2. BU (Head to head victory over UNH)
3. UNH
4. NU

Scenario 4: NU wins, BU wins
1. BU (3-0 record among 2 loss teams)
2-4. Determined by conference goal differential (don’t have time for that today)

Should make for an interesting Sunday, good luck to all.

Here are the PCLL tournament schedules. Still not determined are the host teams for the quarter final games. But 2 of the following teams, NU, UNH, BU or BC if that helps.

Friday May 2nd - Div 1 Semi finals

Game 1 at 6 or 7pm (depending on the availability)
Game 2 at 8 or 8:30pm

Sat May 3rd - Div 2 semifinals

Game 1 at 5pm
Game 2 at 7:30pm

Sun May 4th

Game 1 at 1pm - Div 1 Championship
Game 2 at 3:30pm - Div 2 championship
