I must say its a little astonishing to me that MSU Goalie Dean Hall didn't garner All-Conference honors.

edit: A quick question, I'm assuming the nomination process is the same in D1 and D2, and if so, how are there 2 FOS from UM, 2 D-mids, and 4 attackmen?

Josh,
Coaches aren't limited in how many players they nominate per position. Coaches nominate their own players, who are then voted on by other conference coaches. Finally a committee vets the voting to insure it is reflective of the season. For example a team who doesn't make the playoffs doesn't have 4 1st team All-CCLA players.

According to the CCLA rules "Nominations are optional, but you are limited to nominating the number of players it takes to make up the First Team Awards, so either 3 at the primary positions or 1 at the specialty positions."
