I would like to debate one assertion made by the interviewee, however. After three full seasons of travelling on road trips with him I can state, categorically, that Cam is most certainly NOT the first to awake and get going in the morning on game day. Perhaps this was a simple typo, and that Cammy actually was misquoted. "Among the last" to awake would have been more accurate, but as long as Sean Forsyth is on this team Cam will never be dead last...
