Sorry about Metcalfe, the E was omitted in the tournament program which is what I used to write up the final roster.
The others are all spelled correctly except:
Erik Elmquist - LSM from SCAD
Since I believe I had the only hard copy of the all tournament team roster (as it was just announced after the game) you can consider it official.

Yes. Thank you for putting the time in to track the players stats and put together the short list for the tourney team. I'm sure all the players and other coaches involved appreciate it as well.
