not sure if anyone remembers Rob Novorolsky from about 2000-2003 high school lax for south kitsap in washington then Notre Dame de Namur in cali, but he went to the Chicago Machine tryouts also. He said it was a great experience.

Nice to see more NW players are competing at such a high level.

That is very cool, awesome to hear Tyler felt like he competed well with the guys there. Great write up on the experience, good luck in your next attempt!

I may be making this up in my head but didn't Ben Sadtler from Whitman tryout or make the practice squad for the Portland LumberJax?? And Danny Ernst from UO as well?? I feel like that was mentioned on here a while back.

Don't know about Sadtler, but Ernst was on the practice team and maybe even suited up for a home game or two for one or two seasons, I think, but he is no longer with them.

There have been some notable lacrosse players from the PNCLL who actually made it onto pro teams. The one that tops them all is Peter Morgan, who graduated from SFU back in my heyday and is still going strong as one of the more consistent players in the league. Also, I think Athen Yuen played for some time, but I don't know if he's still strapping on his pads.
