Any of you guys know of any men's club teams around Tacoma?

I have a friend that played with me at North Texas for a year that is in the Army and stationed out there that is looking for a team.

There's actually an Auburn team, Huron is full (that's my team). There are probably 5 teams within an hour of him in Tacoma... Walax.com will have info on more teams, the season just started.

But if he's in Tacoma, he can always come help out at UPS to get his lacrosse fill!

Here's a list of clubs in WA

I played three years in the PNLA and had a real good time. Don't play for Kyle's team though, the hazing concentrates too much energy on the cornhole. Which might explain why Kyle asks to be rookied year after year.

Tim, I don't have a message board appropriate response, but I would like to remind you of this game...

Hopefully I'll see you on the field again soon (internet toughguy)!

did Shawn Carmen help you with some editing on that game Kyle? I have a hard time believing you and Levi combined for a number of goals that could actually be calculated...

The fourth quarter of that game was one of the most painful I ever experienced as a coach. . .watching our 5 goal lead disappear as Kojima and Yuen shredded us in the final 6 minutes. . .what a game.

And yes Kevin, Kyle and Levi did a lot of that damage. I'm pretty sure Levi was not looking at the goal when he scored his two goals.

And I'm also fairly certain Kyle did not score outside 3 feet. . .

As you see from the score, the official total was 1-0. . .but that was just the score in OT. . . :D

The most painful ever was actually the fourth quarter (and overtime) of the playoff game we lost to the Ducks several weeks later. That one still haunts me.

It wasn't all a great game for me... I missed a 1 v 1 with the keeper with time running out in the first OT. It's still probably the biggest choke moment in my career. I've scored a lot of big goals, & had a bunch in that game, but I'm lucky we held on to win. Nothing like having Steve Kojima clearing the ball against you as I sprint listening to him tell me, "You didn't actually think we were going to let you win." The majority of our team didn't even realize we were winning until the start of the 4th, we were just waiting for their run to come.

That might have been the outside of my range. The inside roll was good that day, so was the fake high shoot higher move I got good at.

I do believe Tim did not play in the game in question as he graduated in '00 when the team finished 2nd to CSU in STL.

You are correct, but Aiden Ball played in this game... & I was hoping to redirect Tim's aggression toward Aiden (again)... This tactic even worked in a game against them in Portland a few years back!

It's true, losing to PLU is an embarrassment I will never let Aiden forget. That being said, I don't think I ever played in a game against PLU that was decided by less than 17 goals, so I'll still go to bed happy tonight. :D

As for this Portland incident you refer to, I don't remember it, and I don't remember playing against you. But keep on dreaming the dream, Kyle. Keep on keepin' on.
