i would like to thank dordt and nebraska-omaha for working with us to salvage some lacrosse this past weekend. it was unfortunate that our original schedule had to be changed and i appreciate everyone working together and cooperating to get the games in on saturday.

dordt played inspired lacrosse in the second half and deserved to win the game. creighton was leading 2-0 at the end of the 1st quarter and was up 5-1 in the middle of the 2nd quarter. dordt scored 2 more goals to make it 5-3 creighton at the half. one of these goals was scored after i was flagged for arguing a non-call in the 2nd quarter. the 3rd quarter was all dordt. they played hard, physical lacrosse and dominated the faceoffs and groundballs. dordt's zone defense was effective in the 2nd half and their goalie had a great 4th quarter. they really played with heart.
