Andrew Schroeder - LU
Dan Meiners - LU
yes this is bias because I am a lions fan, but I dont remember any others standing out in the games I watched. **No disrespect, I just don't remember, this is my 2 cents!

Some guys to consider from ISU that arent being talked about and a few other longpoles that I noticed during our games
ISU Guys
Def Mid
-#21 Freshman Erik Nodell: amazing defensive middie, a ground ball machine. He also plays very well on the offense with some big goals in big games.
-#40 Sophomore Joe Pelizza: Great footwork and speed, our best def. middie specialist. We matched him up with a U of I attackmen! and he held him to one point.
LSM
-#33 Sophomore Kevin Fontana: Great athlete, probably our best takeaway pole, we assign him to the other team's best middie, hes great at groundballs and can handle the ball
Def
-#8 Senior Chaas Collins: A starter for the last 3 years. Our biggest longpole, hes usually assigned to the opponents best scorer. Runs the field and clears the ball consistantly for us.
-#2 Senior Jeff Parker: Also starter for 3 years. Hard to get by due to his quick feet. Picks up groundballs better than any of our poles. I always see him picking up g.b.s and pushing fast breaks.
Longpoles from Other Teams: I just noticed them while playing against them.
-Mizzou #30 Matt Schaller: Impressed me during our game. He's very big and quick
-Wash U #16 Stephen Avgerinos: Hard to get past him. Very solid pole

Shaller from MU-big and finishes his checks hard.
#16 Wash U- anticipates well and is very talented.
Andrew Paul from MSU-Probably the best pure athlete in the conference. When healthy I've never seen anybody beat him one on one. Extremely strong and extremely fast.
LU- I've seen them play more than anybody I've watched all season, and to be honest nobody really stood out. I disagree with Beckner in this sense, if a team is solid all around it may be harder to single a guy out. Not sure if this happened while watching LU this season. Please don't take that as a dig on your particular team, I love all GRLC teams equally.
-Is #8 from Ill still around? Big, talented long stick.

Is anyone else capable of posting Div A and Div B All-Conference selections? I have heard some rumors about who has been selected for what, but I am eager to know for sure.

Any word yet?
Could we maybe get the just the first teamers today, or even just the AC attackmen or goalies or something?
Sorry for my impatience, just real curious.
