This is for MVP of the league, not MVP of the nation, right? Wouldn't one have to look at league stats and league play to determine a league MVP? Team status also has to be taken into consideration as well, but typically, if an individual or a couple individuals are doing well, then the team has to be doing well. That might not be true all the time, but more often than not.
