Whitman 14

PSU 3

?maybe?

What started out as bit of a tense game finished as the scrimmage it was supposed to be. Fellow captain Paul Murphy and I, along with LSM Nick Donaldson, took care of reffing. Defenseman Mike Anderson scored a career high 5g 1a. All he had to do to accomplish this was play attack.

Thanks for making the trip PSU, and good luck against Central tomorrow!

After a bit of a late start (weather issues for WSU and refs) the Griz and Cougs got going at Riverbowl. Barack Obama waved bye to us on his way out of town and it was good luck for the Griz, who took the game 27-0. Thanks much to the Cougs for making the trip and good luck tomorrow.

Doesn't look like OSU is going to get that +3 margin they needed if they do get the W

Two more scores. . .I believe UPS defeated Willamette something like 20-8. . .

And UW fell to OSU 14-12. . .OSU needed a 3 goal margin to take the lead in the playoff race, but Cammy Moore saved a shot at the end to give UW control of their own destiny for the playoff hunt.

I guess the OSU coaches were trying to call a timeout at the end, but the player shot the ball before the refs rewarded the timeout.

Nice win for OSU, but it may prove to be not enough. . .this next couple of weeks is going to be very interesting.

Wow, that is huge. Congrats to SFU on the big win.

UPS over Willamette 20-8 officially.

I also see WOU over PLU 20-5 on the MCLA site.

Final Score from the Great White North. . .

16-8 SFU over Oregon. . .

Huge game from Freshman goalie Dean Stewart (13 saves in the 2nd half alone) and also Freshman attackman Chris Tessarolo.

I don't know any more details. . .
