Yeah, I've got to admit I've never seen a Girls of Storrs pictorial in PB!

The new turf is a huge improvement over the old turf in many respects. When UT played E. Mich. earlier this year, with a couple of inches of snow on the ground, the footing wasn't that bad. The old turf would have been like playing on an ice rink. There is a similar problem in that now instead of the green pieces of the turf rubbing off and attaching themselves to everything, you get little black rubber pellets everywhere. But, at least now when you fall down your elbows, and knees don't get shredded like before.
