LSA Week 2 (Feb 3rd - 5th) - Discuss/Report Scores

Considering they beat UT last year, and came within one goal of making the playoffs (mind you without Carrington in that game), I would say that they are legit. Besides, they played your old boys to a pretty good game last weekend. Im gonna have to go with jstoops on this one, though it pains me.

I never said they weren't legit. And my fault I forgot about the UT win last year. That one was in OT or was a one goal game right? And against my boys at Tech I didn't get to see it so I can't comment too much but from what I hear the guys at SMU are fighters... We would pull ahead by 2-3 and they would get back in it. But from what I also hear A&M reloaded and has a team full of freshman who can play ball. While SMU may of had a bigger jump in the off-season I don't know if it will be enough to pull past A&M, but I guess we will find out soon enough right.

The final score for the Baylor vs. Oklahoma game was 13-3. OU scored the 1st goal of the game in the first 30 seconds of play. OU played a physical game in the second half shutting us out in the third quarter. There is potential there and they had a lot of people for a first year team.
