Yup, I join those waiting for the final score. Hate that we are wiggling our fingers.

Echoing Pip, it is now official as I got an email from UT men's lax president, Mike Raab:

Texas 11

Texas Tech 8

Y'all have good night's sleep. There is only about 30 minutes left to get your taxes in at the post office before midnight.

Gas - 60 dollars
Time in Austin - 14 hrs
Time in the car - 12 hrs
Time wasted in on another cancelled game at UT - priceless....no wait worthless.

No whitty remark from tech's coach. Must mean that ut won, or they forgot their mastercard in lubbock.

Uh oh 11-8. Talk about shake up in LSA town. And talk about dropping the ball. Can't wait for the story on this one to float in. Wonder if the weather was bad that seems to always be the reason Tech loses.
Oughta be an interesting playoff now.

Let's see if I understand now.....

UT 4-1
Tech 4-1

If UNT beats SMU today, the standings will be
1- UT
2- Tech
3- UNT

If SMU beats UNT, there will be three teams (UT, Tech, SMU) all tied at 4-1 and they all beat each other. Then what happens???

That would call for Extreme Lacrosse which would need to be defined clearly.

Goal differential formula from the bylaws.

I think UT has the edge here with convincing wins against Baylor, OSU, UNT.

I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on the SU/UTA game. Did UTA not play well or did SU just really dominate?
