After watching this game, I was a little disappointed with UVSC's showing. They came out slow, and never really got going. The 4th showed a glimmer of hope when they got a couple, and held the Griffins. Also, it was against westminsters a team, as Mase never emptied the bench.
What I was really impressed with, was the Westmintsr facility. It was beautiful. Great turf, steep bleachers for great sightlines, first class all the way. The only place I have been to that comes close was NDNU.
On a side note, who was in charge of construction of the Judge Stadium? I drove by, and it was horrible. For those who have no idea what I am talking about, last year, the local catholic school remodeled their field. Turf, the works. It is on a hill, so there is a 10-35 foot high retaining wall on the west side. unfortuneately, the retaining wall has started to crumble, thus making the stadium unusable.

to credit uvu, they were minus two of their best offensive threats and I think their golie was absent as well. I believe they outscored us in the 3rd quarter. They made a good run it just wasn't enough.

This might explain why you were disappointed with UVSC.

those two offensive threats have both quit. uvsc will be missing them for the rest of the season methinks.
