Dan,
Cornell cannot forfeit. According to NCAA/MCLA rules, no team can declare a forfeit. The game is counted as a "No Contest." No result is posted on either team's record. It's as if it was never scheduled.

I did not know that, i was just going off earlier in the year where i believe it was Northwestern went up to play a team in Minnesota, and i think it was because they did not have an equipped goalie for the game, but it was registered as a 1-0 forfeit. If they do not plan to play this game does UNO get a 1-0 win? Or was the earlier game recorded wrong and should have been a "Non Contest"?
Edit: went to the MCLA website, it was Carlton and Northwestern where Carlton had an "equipment malfunction", this is from the game report-
"Carleton was forced to forfeit this game due to an equipment malfunction. Carleton recognizes the severity of this problem and apologizes to the leagues and MCLA. The two teams agreed to scrimmage for three running 15 minutes quarters (the malfunction having been rectified but not within the afforded fifteen minute waiting period)."
This game was kind of the same situation, they did not know until before the game if a player could play or not so it was a game time decision and they only ended up with 9 players.

In this situation, the referees had taken control of the game and pointed out to Carleton that their goalie was improperly equipped. Efforts were made to locate a replacement, but were unsuccessful. The referees then declared the game a forfeit and left the field.
This scenario, I believe, fits the criteria for a forfeit.

It looks like Michigan-Dearborn defeated Augustana:
Augustana: 4
Michigan - Dearborn: 6
According to the game reports it was a sloppy game with lots of panalties and stellar goal-keeping on both sides.

A&M / LU & SFU / Illinois games
Finals from St. Charles:
Lindenwood 14
Texas A&M 6
Simon Fraser 13
Illinois 9
Thanks to all of the teams that made the trip to St. Charles for a great weekend of lacrosse. Being part of the St. Louis Spring Shootout was huge for the game here in the Midwest. Having four top MCLA teams was big. Being part of the Spring Shootout highlighted by an NCAA Division 1 game between Manhattan and Bellermine was bigger.
Again, thanks to all for being a part of this event.
