Do the top four teams from the WCLL play each other and the winner advances to Dallas to represent the WCLL?

I am assuming you take the teams with the two best records from the North & South.

nope that how it is for division 1 but division 2 (formerly B) is top record of div 2 North and South. For example last year it was Pepperdine vs UCI for the WCLL title with the eaters winning in OT and going to nationals.

GO Eaters (even though pepperdine got their reveenge last night)

so a team's divisional record has more weight than the overall; which will be used to rank teams? is that correct?

yep the division record matters more overall

biola, uci, and oxy were all tied at 3-1 with the tie breaker being the goal differential
