RMLC Alumni - We Need Legal Assistance!

This is a call out to anyone with legal experience and/or credentials that can help the RMLC set up 501(c)(3) status as a non-profit organization. Our fiscal year ends in August, so we need to get rolling on this.

Straightforward - we need a lawyer!

We need someone experienced with these matters that can help us file the necessary forms, look over/adjust our current By-Laws, and assist us with the protocol to ensure that will acheive our goals of attaining 501(c)(3) status by the end of the year.
