2nd Annual Trick or Treat Shootout

As noted above Fort Lewis takes home the 2nd annual Trick or Treat Lacrosse Shootout Championship over UNC. Metro beat Regis in the 3rd place game. Look for both Regis and Metro to make some noise in the RMLC this year. The disappointment of the tournament was from my alma mater Western State. This once proud competitive playoff team went 0-3 in the tournament by losing to Regis, NM, and UCCS. Don’t look for much to change in the spring, but look out for Fort, UNC and Metro all three of these team should do very well this coming spring. Thank you to all the teams who came and helped support the growth of our program we invite you all back next year.

Dave, they certainly could use a coach. The talent is not much different from the other teams that I saw, but they need some stability in the "front office."

That post was from me Dan, Dave is no longer with us, and you are so right if they had some sort of a coach and players who actually cared about the program they would be very successful. I had no idea your brother played for them untill Saturday. What does he think of gunnison and their program or is he just there to ride the slopes?
