MISSOURI WINTER GAMES - NATIONAL INVITATION- UPDATED

For the first time in this Olympic Style Games history, lacrosse has been added to list as showcased Men's/ Collegiate sport. These games are a National Invitational type format with the top three teams receiving Olympic style Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals.
The lacrosse venue with be on two outdoor fields the first weekend in March.
All participants will receive T-Shirts, and may be asked to participate in News, Media, and other outlet interviews (as it is heavily covered for being the inaugural year for lacrosse at these games.)

They are fashioned after the Olympic style format with the top 3 finishers receiving real Olympic Style Bronze, Silver, or Gold medals. Every participant receives a T-Shirt, and most likely the chance of being interviewed by TV, Newspapers, or possibly radio. This is the first year for the sport to be sanctioned by these games, so the extensive media coverage is already chomping at the bit to cover this new sport. Over 3000 people participated in these games last year alone, and that's without the addition of lacrosse. Right now, in these early stages of securing teams, we don't have any eligibility requirements.

The eligibility requirements are as followed: As far as scholastic teams, the MoWinter Games Commission has no restrictions on high school state sanctioned teams, (check with your state’s high School athletic association) clubs, members of the MCLA and all post-collegiate men’s teams as we have several from Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri taking part this year.

The level of play will be sporadic with some club teams still in growing stages onwards up to several post collegiate all-star teams form the Midwest, NYC, and Denver.
Let me know if you have any other questions & come be a part of this once in a lifetime opportunity.
