Recruits?

As most northwest schools return to school, I am wondering about the incoming freshman and transfers. At Oregon I heard we have a couple incoming freshman attack from lakeridge and one from tigard. I also heard a pole from Montana. I also heard Oregon State is getting Magi from OES, whats the deal with OES guys going to O State? My alma mater Sunset college bound freshman goes like this
Brian Burton- BYU
Jon Brogan- CSU
Dean Fuller- OSU
