Montana State- Blaine Eligible?

I have been looking at Montana State's schedule, and it doesn't look like they have any OOC games scheduled. What if they win the div. B conference tourney, are they eligible for Blaine with no OOC games? Or am I not aware of some OOC games that are not posted on their schedule.

OOC games only have to do with At Large Bids...which there are none of anyways right now, so as long as Montana State wins the RMLC they can go to Blaine, however if there were at large bids available they would not be eligable for those.
