What is going on with Baylor?
Are they having serious commitment issues or does it go deeper. That's too bad- it looked like they were coming along.

From a Baylor player I talked to Saturday.....
They have lost their coach and their school sponsor, and the coach had caused a lot of the newer players to quit before he left himself. The team is in serious disarray with no signs of leadership, thus one of several reasons for recent cancellations of OOC games. They desperately need someone to come in and take control. This was a promising team in the fall that unfortunately may have to start over again.

Our coach did resign, but he did not run any new players away. He is a very good coach that just could not seem to get the same commitment from his players that he had for the team. He had spent alot of time trying to organize those OOC games.(He quit his job so that he could fully focus on coaching the lacrosse team) Unfortunately, the team was unable to make these trips do to many different circumstances. Regardless of what has happened we will continue to push forward and finish out the season and then move on from there.

So the 30-40 players that played in the fall are all still there? If so, that is a good thing, but contradictory to what I've heard from several different people.
Best of luck in hanging in there and making it work out.
