Moving up or down?

Does it look like any teams will be moving up or down this year? Or does anyone think that any teams should take a step in a different direction?

With the fall sneaking up on us, does anyone know if there are any teams thinking of joining the GRLC or if anyone will be moving up or down? or if anyone thinks a team should move in either direction?

Missouri State is VERY STRONGLY considering moving down to B as we are in the beginnings of rebuilding the team again...and both financially and competetively it doesn't look logical for us to stay in A.
