Gators add Women's Lacrosse

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The University of Florida Athletics Director Jeremy Foley announced Wednesday that the Gators' athletic program will add women's lacrosse. The inaugural season is targeted for the spring of 2010.

In an interview with USC's athletic director, it was mentioned that he was looking at three women's sports to add to help out with Title IX...lacrosse, crew, and another that was unmentioned.
