A-teams v. B-teams in 2007
i'm just curious if any of the A-teams will open themselves up to play more games w/ some of the B-teams, since two of them did finish in the top 10 in the B division.

A little off topic, but just to say, you division B guys make this league great. In A, there seems to be a lot of hesitation or perhaps a lack of interest, but you guys are all over this board, always engaged and the enthusiasm still gets me excited (even though I've graduated). Congrats on the great season and the wins at nationals. Especially div. B, this was an intense season. See you all next year.

As I understand it most Div. A teams are told not get on the forums by thier coaches. Even though my teammates are not on the boards (b/c we aren't supposed to be) just about everyone checks it, and talks about it. Not so much a lack of interest, as much as keeping the peace I would say.

There is a small chance that Lindenwood may host a Div B invitational next season. I have talked with Coach Hood about the idea and have talked with several top ranked Div B teams. There are a lot of things that must happen before it goes further than the light discussion stage but the idea has been proposed.

Augustana played two A teams in '06:
Augustana defeated Iowa State (UMLL), 13-9.
Augustana defeated Nebraska (GRLC), 17-4.
Just curious, what relevance does that comment have to A teams playing B teams.

well It should be pretty self-explanitory as to what relavence that comment has on A teams playing B teams......the comment was talking about a B team scheduling A teams last year so it qualifies as a relavent comment to the subject!
