Mike Sutherland knows that a dream starts with the tiniest steps.
The Fort Collins man is in charge of the lacrosse programs for Rocky Mountain Total Sports, a full-service multi-sport company in Windsor that provide recreational and competitive athletic opportunities for Northern Colorado and surrounding area athletes. Sutherland has hopes of building a Northern Colorado lacrosse league for both youth and high school kids that will include teams from throughout Weld County.
