Kevin Plominksi has quietly been putting up the most impressive statistics in the LSA for 2 seasons now. Granted, his team has not put up many W's, but this guy deserves some credit.

Geez....I am not so sure about that. His team only has entered two games worth of stats. Sure he has 15 points in 2 games, but those two games are against Rice and LSU. Not so sure I am putting Kevin P. on my short list for All-American, or even All-LSA honors. Look at Nick Dean's stats, he has over 70 points in ten games (most of which are against top 25 teams). Oh well, sorry to be such a bummer.

Where are the other stats for Tulane? Only two games reported and straight to the top of the list...?

Tulane has only played 2 games so far this season, so those statistics are accurate. Tulane has no OOC games this year and is playing the league minimum of games, most likely due to the effects of Hurricane Katrina (their fall semester being cancelled, field getting flooded and ruined, budget cuts, etc...)

Either way, Kevin P's performance is some good publicity for the LSA!

Actually Chris Files from UNT had the best LSA stats last year.

Tulane capitalize today on our sloppy showing today in New Orleans. We just didn't play up to our potential but Kevin P. did net 9 goals (even the game winner) out of the 12 against us. But who knows, there is three games left for Tulane (Texas A&M, Texas State and Houston)..I still want to see how he will do in the next three games.

It will be interesting to see how Texas A&M will defend Kevin P. as both will play tomorrow at Tulane.

Thats pretty much the case. We're playing 6 games total, the 5 divisional and the one against UNT. Since we didn't know how many players and how much money we'd have until February (or have a field for that matter) we didn't want to make commitments we couldn't follow through on.

Hopefully even with the short season TU's players will get the credit they deserve.

According to the uslmdia.org, Kevin P had 5 goals versus Texas A+M yesterday afternoon. Impressive.
