underestimating UMD?

in the picks on point, only one person chose UMD to win either of their games against utah or cal poly. and there was speculation about if tim casey would outscore them, and it was like picking a 1 seed over a 16 seed. way to help show that the umll is not just a hack league and they can compete against higher ranked opponents. these two wins along with the U beating FSU last year really show the growth of the UMLL. Hopefully in a few years we will be able to send two teams to nationals.

UMD did an excellent job of representing the UMLL. It's nice to see leagues like the UMLL getting their fair share of praise on the boards. You've got some good teams, both in the A division and the B division. After this season us folks out West will be viewing your visits with a LOT more trepidition!
