Its not fair to just vote, you have to tell why.

This is going to be extremely hard to vote on until you see some of the teams on the field, and how their freshmen influence that game. We have 11 first year and a couple transfers on out roster this year that are going to greatly influence our games so it would be hard for me to vote for other teams new guys without seeing them play.

Now that the season has started, got any new thoughts?

I am not saying it is the best at all but Iowa's freshmen class produced some this past weekend with all their goals in the Creighton coming from 3 freshmen. Plus their new goalie and some defensemen who are seeing playing time are freshmen. This is one of their better classes of the last three years.

For the first time in team history western illinois had over 15 freshmen come out in the fall and all actually stayed in the spring. over half had prior experience, we may not have the best freshmen class but the mix of freshmen with the older guys on our team will make things very interesting. getting a freshmen attackman and about 5 strong middies has really helped our squad become much more balanced. cant wait to see how everyone else has faired with freshmen.

Looks like Wash. U. has a pretty solid freshman class as well, and according to Heathcoat, they have a solid freshman class too (but I haven't seen either yet).
