This is a result of our A/B split. The UMLL currently mandates 1 A/B crossover game resulting in fewer required games and therefore fewer indoor games. This then frees up dates for teams to make out of conference trips and hopefully raise the level of play within our league.
A side benefit is that we're not paying for as much indoor time although this savings has been offset by other operational cost increases (read: officials' travel and game fees)
