In light of what happened with B Div last year (referring to three of 5 teams in one group either quitting or declaring themselves not eligible for playoffs), there should be some sort of contigency plan in place to make sure the BEST teams go to the LSA playoffs. I think the general format is good having the top two from the "north" and "south" go, but no team should walk in when there is atleast one team more deserving based on the seasons record. Possible solution would be to combine north and south if a certain number of teams drop out. Also, some sort of way to force teams to play their full schedule if they plan on going to playoffs.

Division B structure and forfeits will be a major topic of discussion.

Please talk to Bill Bowman regarding your ideas prior to the meeting so we can develop a consensus on where we want to go with the Division B.
