Glad to see you picked up on that too.
Regardless, would you rather say you were national champs or upset the national champs in a regular season match after they had already played a game that day and were without their head coach?

Didn't you just say that? Talk about redundency. Win some games in the league and then you have room to pop off. Until then just stick to pointing out people's gramatical errors on the website. I meant to say- "A championship season is that much sweeter when it is unblemished" But that is irrelevant now.

If you talk to the CSU players that lost that game, they will all tell you that Utah played a hell of a game and that it was a legit victory. I don’t know why anyone in the RMILL would want to down play something that was good for the league.
As for Wyopoke… and I hope this is grammatically correct…Utah beating CSU would be the equivalent of Wyoming actually winning a game this year. Very improbable, but if it happens, well be talking about it in chat rooms for years to come.

That unprobable upset occured during my senior season at the U, and I can definetely agree with Alex in saying that game remains one of my most vivid memories. I've never felt like I did when that final whistle sounded, elation and relief don't describe it well enough. If you remember though, CSU just HANDED it to us in the RMLC semi's a month later...and everytime since...and before...
I would also say that as a team, we played one of our best games of my career that day, Hale was awesome, Matt Mehrer (who is now playing at Towson) was incredible and attackman Rich Qualey stepped it up. It was a lot of fun.

Good point. You defintiely are right partner, but what would a chat room be without trying to create a stir.

Everybody's always talking "my teams gonna do this" or "my teams gonna do that". Why don't you just let your play during the season talk for you.

isn't that the point of these chat rooms before the season starts? I want to know what people think about their teams and what they think they will do this year. For instance... i would love to hear what someone from boise thinks their team will do this year in D-B. There is some buzz, but havn't heard much from you personally?

Maybe you should take a look at the Message Board Rules:

I will come out and say it. I play for Boise State and I think that we have a chance to do really well in Division B. We played well this fall in our tournament and got 2nd place, granted its not first it was the best we have done in it. We also have a goalie this spring that has played for more than one year like our goalie this fall. I am interested to hear what some of the teams we played this fall think about how we played.
