AJ Stevens leaving Illinois

I would like to say....what!?! and Why?

I have yet to see him coach but I would like to Thank AJ for believing in Ole Miss Lacrosse and helping out with our program joining the GRLC

I am just curious on the future of Illinois Lacrosse he developed that team to what they are today and I used his program as a model for mine

I put my heart and soul into the Illinois lacrosse program during the past three years. I would have never quit at mid-season. Don't always believe what you read. I believe the press release is an attempt to defend against a possible lawsuit for breach of contract.

Thats what I thought

And from what I understand from the situation.... That its horrible and unacceptable from the players of Illinois and do not truly recognize the amount of work and dedication a head coach puts into a program

You've done great things for Illinois Lacrosse as well as for the GRLC, coach. Best wishes and good luck in your future coaching job.

So, why did you leave? What's the lawsuit about?
