Head Lacrosse Coaches,
Congratulations on your team earning its way to the prestigious Southeastern Lacrosse Championships. I know it will be a great weekend up in Johns Creek, Ga., and that Northview and Chattahoochee High Schools will do an outstanding job hosting the event.
For the past three years Hi Five Digital Productions has been filming all the great lacrosse action during the Southern Lacrosse Championships. Hi Five has been filming local lacrosse for the past six years and currently works with 11 varsity high school lacrosse programs in the Atlanta area. We film the games on three-chip cameras and give the coaches their game film immediately after the game in DVD format and then make duplicate copies for the parents.
This year we would like to offer the team's participating in the Southeastern Lacrosse Championship the following Team Package:
1. $10 per DVD with a minimum of 20 orders per game.
2. Head coach gets a game DVD immediately following the game (please send a trainer or manager to the press box to get DVD).
3. Coach will also receive a clean copy* of the game film at no additional charge. This game film will be shipped along with the 20 additional DVDs.
4. Team game films will be mailed the week following the tournament.
5. Teams must prepay for all games with either a check, money order or Visa or Mastercard number.+
6. There is a one-time shipping fee of $10.00 for all game films regardless if you have one, two or three games of DVDs shipped. DVDs will be shipped to one address only.
*The game DVD given after the game will show the camera moving from the field to the scoreboard and then back to the faceoff. As well, the DVD burner may always be paused during timeouts. Hi Five will filming all the game regardless if teams pre-order the game films. However, single game films will be priced as follows:
1 game - $30.00 + $5.00 shipping
2 game - $50.00 + $5.00 shipping
3 game - $60.00 + $5.0 shipping
No coach's game films will be given unless you order a Team Package.
