Thanks to St. Thomas for coming down to play and thanks to Dordt for letting us use the field. It was a good game, but we just couldn't capitalize on our opportunities. I think the box score looks like this:
USD 0 0 1 1 2
UST 2 4 1 2 9
USD 0 0 1 1 2
UST 2 4 1 2 9

From Searcy, Arkansas:
Rose Hulman 2
Harding 20
Notes:
The game was played as an exhibition since the referees never showed, Harding's Head Coach and an Alumni ref'ed the game. Both sides said afterwards it was fairly well ref'ed.
Goals:
Rose Hulman
Poplin 2g
Harding
Tommasoni 7g
Szostak 4g
Frost 3g
Tennison 2g
Latourette 1g
Smith 1g
Sessions 1g
Allen 1g
Saves
Rose Hulman
Hammes 11 saves 20 goals against 35% save percentage
Harding
Johnson 6 saves 2 goals against 75% save percentage
Penalties
Rose Hulman 7/ 6 minutes
Harding 7/ 6.5 minutes
Thanks to RHIT for coming down here to play. The weather was nice and cool and the rain held off. I must say that Rose Hulman's guys were really classy and great sportsmen. RHIT's Long Pole Middie #11 is straight up good, probably one of the best pole's I've seen this year.

Come on Beckner you should know this stuff, gosh do I have to explain everything to you
Playoffs are determined by your subdivision and crossover games. Since RHIT is in the Northeast Division and Harding is in the South it doesn't effect playoffs at all.

Was this one of your crossover games or just an extra Div B game you scheduled? If it does count against your "conference record" (your required games by GRLC), it could come into play involving tiebreakers as you guys will have one less game if I remember this happened with either Lindenwood or Northwestern 2 years ago.

It actually happened with SMS last year with one less game. Let me answer your question first Matt before I go on with another problem. This is not part of our subconference or crossover games. The crossover games are all being held at WIU in April this year.
The problem this year, unlike all the years before if I remember right, is that all the subconferences have different amount of teams in them. The Northeast has 6 teams I believe, the Northwest has 5 and the South has 3 thanks to SEMO and TSU dropping out. I don't know exactly how the playoff picture will work but I would imagine that its the winning percentage of your subconference + crossover games. I don't know for sure and I'll let Bifulco or Hood or Turner (anyone higher than me on the EB) let you know for sure how it is going to work.

From Sioux Center
St thomas: 8
Dordt: 7
heartbreaker loss in OT. Dordt held the game going into the fourth quarter but a breakdown by Dordt gave way to a strong comeback by st thomas as they scored a quick 4 to tie it up and then win in OT.
thanks to st thomas for coming down, a fun weekend of lacrosse and a good OOC game. I am going to go throw up now because we never should have lost that game.
