My response may sound harsh, but isn't the lawsuit in response to what they believed to be their school selling them out (cancelling the rest of the season, "firing" the coach and permitting a group of faculty members to publish a hateful treatise)???

Doesn't sound harsh at all. To me it sounds dead on.

agreed. Duke sold them out prior to knowing all the facts.
