I was just wondering when we had to mail in our second roster saying that our players are taking 12 hours. Thanks.

Depends.

If you are on Trimesters, it's April 15 I believe. If not, you only have to do a second one (and possibly a third and fourth or more) if you are selected by the Exec. Board, either randomly or for cause. All teams that make it to Minneapolis must do a final check and bring transcripts.
