Help start rec program for troops in the Middle East

Cdr. Robert A. Capra, USNR-Ret. requests your assistance in starting/sponsoring a recreational lacrosse program for members of the U.S. Military currently living on the Eskan Village Compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. There are a large number of personnel on base who are interested in developing a lacrosse club for both experienced players (high school and college) and for players new to the game.
