it looks like they really didnt't care what it was or what it looked like they just wanted something new. but come on. it does look like the marshmellow man from ghostbusters but to be honest the marshmellow man with a stick would be better than what they put out.

I can see the appeal of the design's simplicity, but it definitely feels a bit awkward (and generic).

It looks like a pirate with two wood legs playing lacrosse.

Prior to this new NCAA Lacrosse image, what was the old image? That design does not do justice to lacrosse.

That is SO bad!
Beside the two stumpy peg legs, it looks like he's wearing bloomers or adult Depends with a full load! I wonder who was on the focus group/review committee?
It'll be interesting to hear the talk about this in Philly - was this just released?

Im really digging the 1+ "foot" of space between the left glove and the left elbow. I do believe the shaft contrasts against his body...but to the novice it doesnt look like he's holding a stick...more like an frozen ice cream fudgesicle or something.

From a grounds keeper's perspective that logo is going to look horrid painted on a field as they typically do for the championships.
