Who decides who these blue chip players are? How were they selected and when do they commit? Some of these guys I can't believe are blue chip recruits, like most of the Duluth ones. I seen Duluth play. Who lists them? How does BYU get so many blue chips? Do they list the undecided hs seniors somewhere so we know who is still available to recruit? Has this always been up or is it new this year?

The recruits page will list anyone who submits their information to laxpower, whether they have any talent or not. Just because they are lised, doesn't mean they are a blue chip player.
