Top players from the NLL, NCAA, WLA, MCLA, and the BCJLL rely on fitness expertise and lacrosse specific skill tutorials from Catch 22 La-X-Training & Conditioning. The C22 athlete will learn how to integrate these performance enhancing tools into their lacrosse game and be able to translate these tools to improve upon their offensive, defensive, transitional and strategic play.
Jeff was the strength and conditioning consultant for the Vancouver Ravens of the NLL, and is the current co-head coach of the Simon Fraser University men’s lacrosse club.
