Forestdale, MA - The Exhibit Hall for the 2006 IMLCA Clinic has been sold out. Phil Buttafuoco, IMLCA executive director, made the announcement today. The exhibitors will display their products and services during the annual IMLCA Clinic scheduled for December 8-10 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel.

“I am very happy that the Exhibit Hall has sold out as early as it did and that the number of exhibitors exceeds that from last year’s Clinic,” said Buttafuoco. “The IMLCA Clinic continues to grow in stature and the response from the exhibitors is a great indicator of the Association’s success in providing an outstanding educational and networking opportunity for the college and high school coaches.”

The IMLCA, in its second year, was founded as an organization to serve the varsity college coaches. Since that time, the Association has engaged relationships with high school coaches as well as the collegiate club programs.

It is anticipated that 1,200 coaches from around the country will attend the 2006 IMLCA Clinic. Coaches who need to register may do so at www.lacrossecoaches.org.

The two day Clinic will feature presentations by Dom Starsia (Virginia), Greg Cannella (Massachusetts), Andy Shay (Yale), Rob Randall (Nazareth) and Don Zimmerman (Maryland Baltimore County).

Other featured speakers include:

Vice Admiral Joseph Stewart, superintendent of the United States Merchant Marine Academy, will engage the Clinic attendees on the topic of leadership and the responsibilities of coaches to instill leadership in the student-athletes.

Dave Glover, president of Sports Technology Consultants, will speak on “Using technology for coaching, recruiting, and player development. It faster, cheaper and easier than you think!”

John Underwood, founder of the American Athletic Institute, joins the IMLCA Clinic for the second year. John will focus on the affects of alcohol, gambling and drugs on the student-athletes during his presentation titled the “The Lifestyle Affects on Athletes.”
