For this year's fall/winter workout, in addition to weightlifting and plyometrics, I am looking for a 2-3 day a week agility program that I'd like to institute with my team. Does anyone have an agility program that they wouldn't mind sharing?
Thanks in advance!

Talk to a track coach at your school. They are often the best at forming agility/speed workouts, dynamic warmups, etc. We have had an assistant track coach here working with our team the past three years, and it's made a huge difference.

Before we (CMU) were able to hire a full time strength and conditioning coach, I contacted a private consultant to put together a program. You could sit down with one for a few hours and develop a great plan. I was able to find a certified and extremely reputable trainer for 20 bucks and hour. It was about $60.00 dollars total.
One of the first things implemented this year, was completely removing static work and moving to a purely dynamic system.
