Canada went 22-29 in faceoffs? Who was taking draws for them? I looked at their roster, and I didn't see any outstanding face-off guys.

Geoff Snyder from DU. He is the projected 1st pick in the NLL draft. He completely dominated all of the U.S. guys.

One of the best world championship matches to date. Comes close to the overtime game from '98. Definitely try to see get your hands on a tape or see it on a replay on CSTV.

That guy is completely sick - he can face off, play offense and do pretty much everything. New York has that first pick dont they? As long as he doesnt go to Chicago... sorry personal reasons.

I only saw the first half... but I gotta disagree Oaks. Some great players on the field obviously and some great goals. But it had more of MLL All-Star Game Feel to it. The officiating was a tad bit uneven which complicated things for both teams. Personally, I think both teams were saving their best effort for the final.
agree

the first half was very sloppy with a ton of penalties called which really slowed the game down. But watching the game with Oaks (he only saw the 2nd half) I thought the 2nd half was great. Maybe the finals will be better but I thought it was an exciting half of lacrosse (a lot less penalties in the 2nd as well).
looking forward to some more great games!!

The Outlaws own his rights in the MLL.
