Lindenwood defeated Illinois in the final 9-6
The scores I know are

Illinois 12 Miami Ohio 4
Illinois 9 Vanderbilt 5
Illinois 6 Wake Forest 6

Congrats to Lindenwood. They are a talented & well coached team.
