Please vote for former Truman State Women's Lacrosse Player/Coach, MARIBETH BOYLE, to be Chicago's next Traffic Girl!
To check out Maribeth's Audition tape and vote for her on Friday, go to:
http://www.nbc5.com/trafficapprentice/index.html
My sister, Maribeth Boyle, has been selected as a finalist to be NBC5 Chicago's "Traffic Apprentice". The Finalists audition tapes are being aired on NBC5 Chicago mornings this week. The Finalists will be up for internet voting on Friday. The 5 Highest vote-winners will move on to the next round and get the opportunity to do a live traffic report, and possibly be awarded a 3 month contract to do traffic reports for NBC5 this winter.
Maribeth's audition tape was aired this morning, and is available at the link I pasted above. She did a great Job. Now she really needs our help to move on to the next level. Please visit the website that I pasted and vote for her on Friday.
This is a great chance for the Lacrosse Community, and the USLIA Community to get behind one of its own. Please support a fellow laxer. She Really needs a job and your vote!
[Sonny, I know that there's a rule against advertisements. But this isn't an ad. It'a a lacrosse public interest story. Give a laxer some love!]
