Las Vegas in late october usually gets a good draw of top USLIA teams to it. I don't know who is going but in years past its always had a good turn out.

Last Year -

BYU, CSU, U of U, Arizona, ASU, CAL, Texas, UVSC, Utah State... those are the ones i can remember off the top of my head.

CSU won't be allowed out of the state this fall because of last year's altercations.

Wisconsin (NCLL) is hosting a "big ten" tourney in october.

I believe the teams so far are:

Ohio State (club) , Minnesota , Michigan State , Indiana , Northwestern , Illinios , and Wisconsin.

We are also playing Oct. 23 at Robert Morris in a four-way. Not sure who the other two teams will be. They mentioned possibility of Mercyhurst and Ohio Wesleyan, among a couple of others.

The St. Louis Fall Face-Off happens on Saturday, October 8th. The feature games will be:

Navy vs. Notre Dame
Ohio State vs. Georgetown

The DI teams will be scrimmaging in the morning.

Also, Lindenwood will play Missouri at 12Noon. Thanks to the St. Louis Sports Commission and the Fall Face-Off Committee for the exposure.

Lindenwood will also be in Nashville on November 5th & 6th for the Commodore Classic.

I heard rumors that Iowa will be playing in that too.

Just heard tonight that Georgetown will not be coming to the St. Louis Fall Face-Off. Maryland will be coming in their stead to play Ohio State.

I think that it's a cool idea to get all these "traditional" school rivalries together.

ACC Tournament

NC State is hosting an ACC tournament November 11-13 in Raleigh, NC.

ACC affiliated teams from the USLIA, NCLL, and the FLL will gather in Raleigh for a three day tournament that will gather lacrosse players from most ACC schools. Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Wake Forest, and NC State from the USLIA; UNC, Duke, Maryland, Virginia from the NCLL; and Miami from the FLL are the teams participating. Reps from these teams have worked hard in making this happen and it's shaping up to be a big success.
