Michigan Workout Video

I was randomly forwarded this link from a friend of a friend of a friend whose lax buddies at U of M made this workout video out of an Eric Prydz video. It's a big file, but definitely worth the download because it's hilarious to think that anyone would take the time to make something like this...

I personally like the original version better with only the girls in spandex. :wink:

We have a version of that here at VT. One of our rookies is just out of it most of the time and did this while we played it. The only thing is that he didn't know the camera was on. Go to the VA Tech/Bruce Binney section on the navigation.

Also the VA Tech spring break video is quite good if you want to take a look. Its on the navigation section to the left.

Too bad it was taken down, pretty hilarious stuff. I would have taken it down too if I were those guys. Then again, I never would have made anything like it, or if I did, I would have been more careful to make sure it wasn't posted on the internet...

Any Michigan guys with any insight into the motivation or creative genius behind the 'film', please feel free to chime him.

I knew about it. I thought it was funny. I'm just happy to see our guys in the weight room (although it was a hotel weight room in the video).

That song made its way into our warmup cd this season, because of the original video (sans our guys).
