Gentlemen,
Tis is the process by which players can appeal for a year of eligiblity after having appeared on a game day roster as well as rough guidelines to consider when formulating the appeals.
Appeals should be limited to players who appeared on a game day roster for a limited number of contests, then, for reasons beyond their control, they did not appear again.
You have until the 30th of june to submit your appeals which will be decided upon at our summer meeting.
Appeals for medical reasons should be documented with note from the doctor or a copy of the accident report.
Write a maximum of one page description of the details of the case including number of games he appeared on the roster and team schedule. include a phone number where i can contact someone familiar with the particulars of the case when i review it prior to the meeting.
Mail it, with no signature required, to:
